Surprisingly,

there is a lot more to unpack in this story than just, the gay lifestyle, open marriage, or sexual climax.  AFTERGLOW might have the shock value of male, full-frontal nudity, but the more striking aspect is the deeply psychological and emotional issue of polyamory, that this narrative acutely addresses.

AFTERGLOW is exquisitely presented.  Gelman’s writing effaces triviality while at the same time inserting shocking ideas, behaviors, and questions. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED @afterglowtheplay @HudsonTheatres @GiaMedia3 #theatre #theater #review
