SheLift founder and former contestant on ABC’s The Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise, Sarah Herron, wants to raise the self-esteem of girls everywhere.

On July 15th, she’s teaming up with Los Angeles SoulCycle instructor Laura Crago to host the first ever SheLift SoulCycle Charity Ride at the Culver City studio.  Laura will be instructing the 12:30 p.m. class. Reserve your bike in advance.

Sarah gained her notoriety on The Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise for being the first contestant with a physical disability. Sarah was born with Amniotic Band Syndrome, which almost stopped her from climbing mountains, skiing double black diamonds, and realizing that she could simply be good at anything.  Facing her fears inspired her to create a program that allowed other girls to take risks too.

SheLift, a 501(c)3 organization, was born from her love for outdoor adventures and the transformative powers of adventure. SheLift encourages girls to improve self-acceptance and confidence through outdoor adventures and body-positive mentorship. SheLift aims to normalize differences while challenging girls’ physical and emotional abilities.

Kombucha and refreshing snacks will be served to guests after the 45-minute indoor cycling class and guests will have the chance to meet and greet with Sarah. Some lucky attendees will receive special gifts!
