They recently debuted their new video, Calling The World. But just in case you didn’t get to see it, Gia On The Move was asked to share it with you here.

Rad and radio-fabulous, Radio Raheem is a pop/punk/dance/funk band from Seattle with a distinct “dance-o-licious” sound. The quintet has been compared to Talking Heads, Grace Jones, Fitz and the Tantrums.
For Calling The World the band channelled Beyond Thunder Dome -era Tina Turner and traveled back to 1983, harnessed the energy of fifty 13-year-olds dancing to The Time played through a tape deck, and then traveled back to the present, adding fuzzed out guitars, synths run through guitar effects, and hard hitting drums with lyrics about getting busy, dance floor apocalypses, summer love, robots, prom night slow dancing and being a bad ass. Tip: Don’t forget your light saber Flash Gordon. You’re gonna need it!
My first listen had me bopping around in my chair so much that I had to get up and dance, making Gia On The Move an instant fan! These people know how to have fun, spread good energy all around and a positive message. Check out the video below.
