Remember when cheap and cheerful actually meant something?
Well ok, it probably never described your fashion sense. But you might recall a time when you only had to spend as much money on your awesome wardrobe as your teenage waist line.
Take Me Back!
Now there’s a premium denim brand for all of you, young, edgy things. And it’s set to hit department stores this July 2013: 15|FIFTEEN, born in Los Angeles, California on 1515 E. 15th Street, inspired by the country’s two major fashion centers – its hometown, Los Angeles, and New York City.
“Growing up gorgeous” 15|FIFTEEN creators noticed that fashion forward styles seen on the streets, were rarely made available to a younger audience. So they’re bridging the gap by offering on-trend denim for the junior market at a reasonable price ($54-$89).
The debut Fall collection consists of denim jeans, vests and jackets in a variety of “now” trends, styles, washes and signature fits. Freshly pressed, tight-squeeze, Cha Cha’s are named after various streets in LA & NYC, including the 3rd Street Super Skinny, Madison Baby Boot, Sunset Skinny, Robertson Flare and Fifth Ave. High-Rise.
From pigment ombre with wax coating to various shades of lightly distressed denim, soft hand textures are key in making each piece comfortable and form fitting.
These fresh and affordable fits are created by designer Cindy Lang, who stated, “15|FIFTEEN is all about impeccable fit, innovative fabrics and ultra cool finishes and treatments. Our signature two piece waistband contours to the body and our meticulously placed back pockets ensure a perfect look for our 15|FIFTEEN girl!”
The 15|FIFTEEN Fall Collection hits select department and denim specialty stores in July 2013. Sizes range from 24 to 32 ($54-$89).
