Natural Foods Expo [Extravaganza] West kicked off this week in Anaheim, CA.  The mission: find the hot new thing.  With a 5:30am wakeup time I jammed down from Hollywood this morning, walking the floor, tasting and connecting my tastebuds and my sensibilities with some of the best organic brands coming to market this year.  From sweeteners (and I can’t wait to unleash this one on you) to water, to gluten free breads, vegetable snacks and beauty neutraceuticals offering instant shots of health from the inside out, extending over 5000 booths, NFEW is a monster of show.
